Replace or amend some of the clay soil with Top Spray’s NutriLoam or NutriOM. Carefully work the new mixture in your beds.
Loosen root system on new plants and trees to promote root growth. Starter fertilizer makes a difference and fertilizing the garden every 2-3 weeks will provide great results.
Regularly deadheading your flowers to channel the plants energy into producing more flowers and encourage an increase in blooms and general plant health.
Plants do much better when mulched and Foothills Premium Mulch is a favourite of mine. Not only does it help reduce weeds, it will retain the moisture in your soil so you will see faster growth and overall health.
